Management Research: Depicting Your Root Cause Using a Fishbone Diagram

<p>Hello everybody,</p> <p> </p> <p>as you learned from our previous episode, finding the root cause is crucial for the effectiveness of your burnout prevention initiative. At the same time, is there are several reasons and if you want "to see the broader picture", you have to put words into a visual.
