<p>A man is now facing three counts of attempted murder after an hours long stand off with SWAT standoff in Lemon Grove Thursday. Deputies say a man experiencing a mental health crisis, started shooting at a neighbor's house from his window.</p><p>Despite the May gray, huge crowds are expected at our local beaches this memorial day weekend.
