Man, 26, docked for allegedly stealing truck cylinder worth N200,000

<p>A 26-year-old man, Taiwo Yusuf, was on Friday arraigned before an Ojo Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, over alleged stealing of truck cylinders valued at N200,000.</p>, <p>Yusuf, whose address was not given, is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.</p>, <p>The prosecutor, Dr Simon Uche, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Oct. 5, at Irede, in the Abule Osun area of Ojo.</p>, <p>He alleged that the defendant conspired with others now at large to steal a DAF Truck Top Cylinder, valued at N200,000, belonging to a firm, Fouani Nig. Ltd</p>, <p>The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.</p>, <p>The Magistrate, Mr L.K J Layeni, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum</p>, <p>He adjourned the case until Nov. 27 for trial.
