<p><strong>Rate this podcast: </strong><a href="https://ratethispodcast.com/mpi"><u><strong>https://ratethispodcast.com/mpi</strong></u></a></p> <p><br></p> <p>Fitness is an essential part of a full and exciting life.</p> <p><br></p> <p>But there's a problem...</p> <p><br></p> <p>People are lazy.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Imagine if fitness could be fun.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Like, you actually enjoy and look forward to exercising.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Here's the truth...</p> <p><br></p> <p>I was a fat kid growing up.</p> <p><br></p> <p>I wanted to be fit so I could feel better in my own skin, be comfortable taking my shirt off in public, and ultimately feel confident so I could talk to girls.</p> <p><br></p> <p>I tried so many different types of exercise and realized what I like and what I didn't.</p> <p><br></p> <p>I ultimately found CrossFit and fell in love with it.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Now, my Mom for example loves running.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Every year, she runs the Grand Canyon.</p> <p><br></p> <p>End to end.</p> <p><br></p> <p>(Crazy, I know)</p> <p><br></p> <p>But that's what she LOVES to do!</p> <p><br></p> <p>My gf for example isn't very fond of CrossFit, lifting weights, or running.</p> <p><br></p> <p>But, she will swim and dance for days with no loss of enthusiasm.</p> <p><br></p> <p>If you've danced for an hour, you know it's a legit workout!</p> <p><br></p> <p>Point is...</p> <p><br></p> <p>Exercise doesn't need to be a drag.</p> <p><br></p> <p>It can be fun and exciting for you too!</p> <p><br></p> <p>As long as you find a way to consistently move your body and get your blood pumping, your golden.</p> <p><br></p> <p>That, coupled with eating natural, real, and whole foods of course.</p> <p><br></p> <p>And if you're wondering, "How am I gonna stay consistent with all of this??"</p> <p><br></p> <p>Find a community, coach, or friend that's going to keep you accountable.</p> <p><br></p> <p>For example, CrossFit is widely known for having an incredible community.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Even people that aren't fond of Cr
