Today we are talking with En.</p> <p>En is Head of Community at Wonderverse, a web3 project mgmt system for DAO and dOrgs, and a member of The Towers Three, an initiative where they practice long-form writing about the web3 ecosystem and DEI organizing. </p> <p>En describes themself as a queer, black trans leader in a technical industry and seeks to create space for others like them. We begin our conversation with an overview of En’s previous work in chemistry and neuroscience and the DE&I initiatives they established at their previous company.
