Lydia Jengo: Empowering Your Employees to Be Themselves Through Succession Planning

<p>Skilled in travel, hotel, and hospitality, Lydia Jengo is an HR professional who cultivates leaders in organizations through mentoring, coaching, and counseling, with a special focus on training and talent retention. She is also the mother and founder of AWOGA Ministry, which is currently supporting 80 children between the ages of 4 and 10 in Tanzania.
