Luke and Susie: Mitch Wallis - Heart On My Sleeve

<p><strong>Heart On My Sleeve (HOMS) is</strong> an emotional wellness social movement and early intervention services provider <strong>for</strong> adults suffering with mental ill health or facing challenging life situations (either directly or as a supporter) <strong>that</strong> helps people heal by being real about how they feel <strong>through</strong> the power of true connection.<br /> <br /> Heart On My Sleeve was born on May 30th 2017 when <a href= "https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.mitchwallis.com/&sa=D&source=calendar&ust=1631490794138608&usg=AOvVaw3InR6UmKVOHvmn_cyYZ7xA" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Mitch Wallis</a> (the founder) shared a video of his story, describing his immense battles with anxiety, depression & a lifetime of mental illness. He spoke about the conflict he felt between having the “perfect” outside life on social media, whilst suffering deeply beneath the surface.</p>
