Love Your Enemies – Matthew 5:43-48 (3/13/22 a.m. sermon)

Jesus often taught things that are contrary to human nature. The command in Matthew 5:43-48 is no different, perhaps hitting at a core humanistic desire, the desire for revenge. But Jesus teaches us to love our enemies, and in a parallel passage in Luke 6, teaches us how we are to do that.
