Love is Living 1

<p>Monday 22nd February&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Hello, we thank God for this beautiful Monday and we thank God for what He is doing in our lives.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>All throughout this month, we’ve been talking about love. We started the first week talking about the different meaning of love, the general concept we have about love, what our culture says about love and the misconceptions.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>The second week we spoke about the Person of love and the fact that love is actually a person. The reason it so difficult to define love is because God is love. Love is not just a concept; It is a person.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>The third week we spoke about the different shades of love. We spoke about 7 different types of love as obtained in the Greek language, the meaning in English and how it applies to us.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>This week we will be talking about the fact that love is living&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Why is love living? Because love is a person.The power and beauty of love is useless until it is lived out. It is by living out love that we unleash the mighty power of love.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Apostle John wrote in 1 John 3: 18 (NLT)</p> <p><br></p> <p>18&nbsp;Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.</p> <p><br></p> <p>It is the action follow our profession of love that is the living love. There is an example also in the Epistle of James where he said if someone comes to meet you and he is hungry and all you do is pray for the person and you don’t give the person the food needed, he said you’ve not demonstrated love. Yes you prayed for them but give them something to show you are doing something about their condition. This is what love is all about.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Jesus came and told His disciples; He said “by this shall all men know that you are my disciples when you love each other.” It is not because you call yourselves my followers but when you show love. This is how people will know you are my followe
