Lou Bloomer fashions a passion for Indigenous history and design

<p>Despite not finishing high school, Bundjalung/Kamilaroi artist and fashion design student Lou Bloomer just graduated from RMIT University’s Bachelor of Fashion (Design) and is on track for a career in the design and fashion industry.</p>
