<p>Today's Lockdown Listen features arguably the man who did more to raise the profile of the organ than anyone, largely thanks to his almost four-decade tenure as host of the national BBC radio programme until its demise in 2018. &nbsp;Over the years I've chatted several times with Nigel Ogden and, on these three occasions recorded in 1982 at Oldham Bluecoat School, 2003 at a Methodist Church in Oldham and 2018 at Stockport Town Hall just as the news broke that "The Organist Entertains" was coming off-air, if nothing else, it demonstrates how our voices have changed!</p> --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/communitykeyboards/message
