Local pharmacies out of reach for millions on Medicaid

Dec. 7, 2021 - Legislation awaiting Gov. Kathy Hochul's signature could make it dramatically easier for New Yorkers on Medicaid to access local pharmacies in their communities, according to proponents of the measure, including Albany Medical Center's Dr. Timothy Lynch and Empowering People's Independence education coordinator Mike Radell.
