<p>Michelle Kennedy - Reiki Master Michelle has been an intuitive and inclusive Reiki Master since since 2008. She is an Akashic Records Reader & Guide, a Meditation & Mindfulness Facilitator, and she is a Yoga Teacher, with specialty certifications and extensive experience in prenatal and children’s yoga. It turned into a wide-ranging episode where we spent a lot of time talking about self-care, particularly in the context of the pandemic. We also spent a significant portion of the show discussing the Ted Lasso television series. And for those of us who love woo-woo, there was plenty of woo to do!
