My grandmother, which we call, Nana, grew up in Burma which boarders china. We all hear stories of holocaust survivors, although, many of us do not hear the stories of those who escaped other horrific times during the war. My grandmother is one of those who had to escape the Japanese machine guns, hide in a bunker, and leave her family home. This is her story.
