<p>This week Ed Hearn speaks to James and Adam about being diagnosed with Autism and ADD (attention deficit disorder) aged 38.</p> <p>Ed shares his experiences growing up and how he always felt he was different and felt like an alien at times.</p> <p>A chance encounter led him to take the tests which gave him his diagnosis.</p> <p>Ed describes the diagnosis as a weight being lifted off his shoulders and not just labelled.</p> <p>Working as a Data Management Consultant Ed now hosts bi-weekly coffee mornings for fellow neurodiverse employees and those who have children who are neurodiverse.</p> <p>In this very open and honest conversation, Ed shares his story and how employers can support and get the best out of their neurodiverse employees.</p>
