Here is the 5 Step process to help you live your life with power and walk with confidence in any arena of your life. P. Position your mind towards your desired outcome. What do you want? Move away from talking and giving your energy towards what you don't want. O. Operate on the mind. Here is where the soul surgery comes in! What is your mind telling you when think about your desired outcome? What are the thoughts or feelings that come up telling you that it's not possible or it won't happen for you? When have you felt this way before? Do any other memories come up for you when you tap into these feelings? W. What are the benefits of agreeing with this belief? Your mind doesn't do anything that doesn't serve you. How has this limiting belief been serving you up until know? Has been trying to keep you safe? Keep you from being judged by others? etc. E. Eliminate the limiting belief. This is where we prove it wrong. What is the lie that you have been believing in because of this belief? What is the truth underneath the lie? Why do you get to believe it now? Why is this the truth moving forward? R. Reprogram your mind with the new belief. Tap into your inner wisdom here. What is the new belief you want to replace this with that is aligned with your desired outcome? Awesome you did it!
