It’s a gut reaction, and it’s not the most rational or appropriate way to act.</p><p>When you react, you give away your power, you give away your intentionality. While attacking your day gives you the power.</p><p>You have to take accountability and responsibility for your reality by being deliberate with your days and being very specific with your intentions.</p><p>Start by scheduling your day. Then execute what's on your schedule, muting those distractions and focusing on your intentions. </p><p>Remember, you can decide and you have full control over how you can live your life.
