<p>Guardrails, you got any? I believe that we have to have them to keep us living on the up and up. When it comes to my day-to-day life, things have been going swimmingly, but throw in a business trip with my husband, and the whole thing goes to shit! What I mean is that when we don't have a designated plan for how we handle xy&z, we find ourselves falling right back into old habits that do not serve us.
