<p>Even though I had a sense of comfort when I kept my head down, what I was really doing was front loading my own discomfort, for others. </p><p>I had a life of a slow drip discomfort and never really knew how bad I felt. </p><p>Today’s episode, I go on to discuss how I flipped that around.
