<p>Most of us haul around way too much—stress, worry, overloaded calendars, endless to-do lists. Over time, we can start to feel the burden in our bodies— they might become tired, sluggish, weighed down. This Embodied Meditation is a practice to help you lighten up. It’s short and fun, so you can tap release and ease.
