Liga Portugal: Sanusi ruled out for weeks with injury

<p>Porto head coach, Sergio Conceicao, has confirmed Super Eagles defender, Zaidu Sanusi will be sidelined for the next few weeks.</p>, <p>Sanusi sustained a muscular injury in Porto’s UEFA Champions League clash against Shakhtar Donestk on Tuesday night.</p>, <p>The 26-year-old was subbed off after the break.</p>, <p>The left-back missed training on Thursday and Conceicao has now confirmed that the Nigerian is now set for a spell on the sidelines.</p>, <p>” Zaidu(Sanusi) is out and will be out for the next few weeks,” Conceicao said per Sapo.</p>, <p>“It’s a muscle injury. Unfortunately, we have had some problems, like Marcano and Evanilson. We have solutions, and the injury doesn’t change the strategy or the plan.”</p>, <p>Sanusi has made three appearances across all competitions for the Dragons this season.</p>
