Letting Go of the HOW

<p>We talked last time about, you get what you expect, and that's just so important is such a great reminder, we get really what we expect, whatever we expect in life, how we expect to be treated, how we expect our blessings to come, how we expect our friends, family to treat us, we get back in life, and it's really so powerful because learning these things empowers us to know that whatever situation that we're in. We can shift, we can change it, we can change what we expect, we can change the stories that we tell ourselves, we can let go of things that aren't serving us physically, emotionally, mentally, and make way and prepare for our good.</p><p> </p><p><strong>SHOWNOTES:</strong></p><p>•    No matter what has transpired in the past, no matter what my past was or is, no matter what's going on in my reality right now, I have the power to change that by what I focus on, what I speak about, what I expect, what I talk about. I have the power to change my story, I have the power to change my internal story and therefore change my outer reality. (2:43)</p><p>•    Just by speaking things into existence, changing your daily routine, how you wake up, what you say to yourself, what you believe, what you expect, by telling the story of where you're going versus telling the story of where you are, can allow more miracles and blessings and abundance to come your way. And, you don't ever have to stay stuck. None of us do. And that's so incredibly empowering. (5:10)</p><p>•     If you aim for the big goal, would that just allow the other goal to happen? Because if you're aiming for a goal that's higher than the lower goal, wouldn't that just organically allow that to happen, right? You're aiming bigger. And she said, 'Yeah, but I don't see how it's going to happen.' And I said, Okay, here's the thing. You've got to release the How and it's going to show up. (8:10)</p><p>•     We're basically telling the Universe, I don't need your help, I've got this, I'm in control. And when we do that, I believe we block spiritual forces,
