Starring Erik Estrada and Danny Trejo, along with Roberta Vasquez (in a new role); R.I.P. Pantera.&nbsp;</p> <p>A gun runner's revenge, prototype weapons, crossdressing assassins (horrible at both crossdressing and assassinations), sexy undercover agents, big boobs, big hair, Hawaii, and Las Vegas. It's more than business. It's more than personal. Its personal business! Who will survive in this mad scramble for power and vengeance?
