Let's take a break....for now!

<p>In this episode, I talk about taking a break in a relationship. Sometimes relationships get rough and rocky. Then we feel like we should either give up or take a breather. We start to separate ourselves from this person because we are upset, annoyed, or just want to give up. You have to think about why you want this relationship to work. &nbsp;If you are acting out in the heat of the moment, then you truly don't care or want to be with your person. Taking break means that you are breaking up. During this break if you start dating or flirting, then you have given up on your previous partner. You are looking around for something better because you gave up. If you decide to get back together, then you are sabotaging your relationship because you are hiding how truly feel or you never tell your partner what happened during the break.
