<p>Welcome, back my friends. I am so happy to be with you today and doing this meditation together. Today's meditation title is Let it go.</p> <p>Letting go is&nbsp;the essence of mindfulness meditation. Thoughts, emotions, ideas, opinions, beliefs, emotions, sensations are all to be observed, explored, and then let go. This can be a difficult part of mindful living.</p> <p>The only way you can let go is&nbsp;by not engaging with anything that is going on&nbsp;in your mind, which means anything that you feel and anything you think about what you feel. So you allow it all to pass by without getting involved at all simply.</p> <p>This guided meditation helps&nbsp;you let go of things, people, and circumstances causing anxiety and unhappiness&nbsp;in your life.
