Lesotho holds parliamentary elections

Parliamentary elections have taken place in Lesotho. More than 50 parties are vying for power in the landlocked kingdom inside South Africa. We hear from the US Ambassador-at-Large for Global Criminal Justice, Beth Van Schaack, who has been visiting Liberia. Could the country be closer to setting up a special court to prosecute alleged war criminals?
