Leningrad is the 7th song on <em>Stormfront</em>. Leningrad was oddly released as a follow up single to “We Didn’t Start the Fire” in October of 1989. Apparently it's about a Russian Clown named Viktor. And, apparently, Viktor has no idea who Bozo is. Bozo!!! I mean. . . .
