Left me asking why? TWO YEARS OF PURE HELL!!!

2020 is gone and 2021 is still here unfortunately stuck in hell and want to get out! Heartbroken bad news no refund it was a simple return according to the advavate so all this fighting for a big loss and nothing to show for it.
