This week, we see that the hope offered isn’t just some general hope about God’s future faithfulness. For example, why are so many details in some of the stories either vague or missing completely? It turns out that this isn’t a mistake or just some cultural quirk of ancient literature, but it is an intentional tool of the biblical authors.</p>
