By crying out to Him in times of distress</p> <p>2. By trusting Him to intervene</p> <p>3. By praising Him for His goodness</p>   These are the ways and workings of God:  <ul><li>Takes us out to take us into (v. 3-7)</li> <li>Binds us so He can loosen us (v. 10, 16)</li> <li>Brings us down so He can lift us up (v. 12-14)</li> <li>Commands the storm so He can calm the storm (v. 25, 29)</li> <li>Diminishes us so He can replenish us (v. 33-35, 39-41)</li> </ul> <p> </p>
