LEARN TO TAKE A COMPLIMENT!
❤
Description

I've been in this industry for almost 30 years, and one thing I see over and over is that people losing weight have a hard time taking a compliment.

(I've even caught myself doing this recently! And I'm pretty confident!)

How it usually goes is something like this:

Someone sees that you've lost weight and they say, "Wow, you look great!"

Ideally, your response would be something like, "Thank you so much, I appreciate that."

Instead, it's usually this:

"Thanks, but I still have a long way to go."

(Or you negate their compliment in some other way.)

If you feel like you need to explain yourself or argue with someone when they pay you a compliment - instead of just saying "thank you" - then this week's new podcast episode is for you.

I'll talk about why people negate compliments, what it means for your weight loss (oh, it affects it for sure), and what you can do to start actually receiving those compliments!

----

Become a VIP

https://coderedlifestyle.com/vip

----

Have you seen our new app?
