She’s responsible for all Leadership Development and enterprise-wide development programs, including New Team Member Orientation, LEAD, IGNITE, Emerging Leader, and our LinkedIn Learning partnership, amongst other leadership development efforts. </p><p>Chantrell comes to AMN from Southwest Airlines, where she evolved their high-potential and executive development programs and processes. Chantrell holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management/Human Resources from Dallas Baptist University.</p><p>Personally speaking, Chantrell has been married to her husband, Ken, for 19 years. They enjoy fishing, playing word games, and taking day trips. They have two children —Trey, 16, and Gabby, 14.
