<p>For today's higher education leaders personal and professional presence is a critical ingredient for success, particularly in the kind of dynamic and quickly changing environment in which we are now working. In this episode, we speak with actor, director, professor, and presentation coach and leadership trainer, Susan Daniels about why executive presence is so important for leadership effectiveness and what you can do to strengthen yours. Graduate of Mount Holyoke College and the drama studio London and currently a member of the instructional staff at Amherst College, Susan uses her professional theater background to help students faculty, staff and senior executives in educational and corporate settings present themselves more authentically and effectively. Before coming to Amherst, Susan served as public speaking faculty at the Weissman Center for Leadership and as the chair of the Department of Theatre Arts at Mount Holyoke College.
