<p>Brooke Graham and Shaun Duvall started their company in the end of 2018, and they knew each other for a while, but it was not the appropriate time for them to start a business, until a few years later.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p>Graham's story starts in the early 2000s when he was introduced to a gentleman that was working in a recruiting firm. At the time, the owner of their business did not want to add another recruiter, but it felt right, so they took the chance, the gentleman ended up being the top performer.
