This deprivation of one’s freedom is nothing less than the equivalent of an arrest.</p> <p>You can call it whatever you want, but the right of hospital room emergency rooms, for example, to take someone into custody on a 72-hour “hold” can be, and is being abused in Colorado.</p> <p>The procedure leading to the seizure is very loose, ill-defined, and dangerous.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Galatians 6:2 states, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ” (emphasis added).
