<p>Laura Martin, Quincy's Substance Use Prevention Coordinator promotes the 12th Annual Candlelight Vigil in memory of all those lost to overdose and substance use disorder.&nbsp; The vigil will be held August 31st at 7pm on the Hancock Adams Common in Quincy Center or in the auditorium at Quincy High School in the event of rain.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
