Laura Briscoe - Learning Coordinator of Innovation at the Thames Valley District School Board

<p>Innovation, experiential learning, and global citizenship are at the heart of <span class="il">Laura</span> <span class= "il">Briscoe</span>’s teaching philosophy. <span class= "il">Laura</span> is a forward-thinking educator who collaborates with teachers and community to build learning environments that exude energy, ignite critical thinking, and embrace risk taking to create spaces that are inclusive, relevant, and innovative. <span class="il">Laura</span> is currently the Coordinator of Innovation for Thames Valley District School Board.</p> <p>Previously, <span class="il">Laura</span> was a Global Competencies Facilitator for the board, and Visual Arts Department Head of Oakridge Secondary School in London, Ontario.  <span class="il">Laura</span> has been recognized as a leader in education locally, provincially, and nationally.
