Larry Brennan Speaking With Clare FM's Josh Prenderville About Housing & Population Concerns

An Ennis housing developer says current zoned land in Clare 'isn't suitable' for targets set out in the future County Development Plan. It's after preliminary Census figures showed the county's population is rising faster than new housing stock is coming on stream. Larry Brennan of Woodhaven Developments, who's a member of Clare's Social Development SPC, has been telling Clare FM's Josh Prenderville that there are major areas of land that are unsuitable for servicing.
