Landmark unveils Waterview Apartments

<p>Real estate firm, Landmark Africa has unveiled Waterview Apartments, a 28-storey building in Lagos.</p>, <p>According to a statement, the Landmark Waterview Apartments is a high-rise residential development at the heart of the fastest-growing business, leisure, and lifestyle destination along the West African coast.</p>, <p>It stated that the apartment is seated on a land area of 150,000 square meters to house affiliated facilities like a gymnasium, meeting room, swimming pool, and children’s playground and comes with a flexible payment structure.</p>, <p>According to the CEO of Landmark Africa Group, Paul Onwuanibe, the unveiling of the apartments had recorded a major stride towards stepping up Nigeria’s real estate sector and international property investment.</p>, <p>He said, “Las Vegas today has drawn millions of visitors and trillions of dollars in wealth to the US. It was a desert city built on gambling, vice and other forms of entertainment, the same as Dubai in UAE, which today continues to be one of the fastest-growing destinations for tourists. The total value of real estate transactions in Dubai in today is more than $50bn.”</p>
