Joseph Biggs, et al., in which five (5) members of Proud Boys are being prosecuted on charges of seditious conspiracy in connection with the events of January 6, 2021. The court held an emergency hearing yesterday after it was made aware by the Department of Justice that a CHS (federal confidential informant) had been in contact with defendants, defendants' counsel, and defendants' families as recently as January 2023.
