<h3>Episode 46 of World's Dumbest Criminals is about the many trials and few tribulations of a young woman the media nicknamed Cookie Monster. She became infamous in her teens when she and a mate robbed a 9 year old Girl Scout outside a Winn-Dixie supermarket in Lake Worth, Florida.
