Lahinch Employer Expects Remote Workforce To Grow Further

A major Lahinch employer expects Ireland's remote workforce to continue to grow. It comes as recent analysis of Eurostat data by BNP Paribas Real Estate found that Ireland is adopting remote working at the fastest rate of any country in the EU. The figures show that percentage of the workforce in Ireland that "usually" work from home has grown from 7% up to 25% since 2019. CEO of HR Locker, Adam Coleman, thinks that the numbers will continue to rise if employers can trust their workers.
