When applied to women, the adjective "ambitious" is usually used pejoratively, as discussed in Meghan, Duchess of Sussex's recent podcast with Serena Williams.<span class= "aau">  </span>Many women Mel and Michelle know do not identify as being ambitious, but they are ambitious for the world, their organizations, and their families.
