‘Kungkas Can Cook’: From humble home kitchen to catering and MasterChef

After catering a community event cooking 300 meals out of a domestic kitchen without breaking a sweat, Aunty Rayleen Brown and a friend decided to try their hands at a catering business. That’s how Kungkas Can Cook began with the team recently spearheading a Northern Territory Tourism campaign to bring bush food to people walking the world-famous Larapinta Trail.
