<p>On today's episode we welcome Kristi Blackburn. Kristi is married to Davey Blackburn, who you might remember from Episode 44! Today, Kristi shares about growing up in a home where she struggled to feel safe, getting physically attacked as an adult, going through a divorce, and then blending a family with her husband, Davey.  She is such a sweet soul with lots of wisdom.</p> <p>Kristi is a Physician Assistant, online wellness coach, and a cookbook author.
