Every employer, both #union and #nonunion, needs to know the standards they'll be judged on when determining if #discipline or #discharge is warranted. </p> <p>Lawyer on the Clock:</p> <p>8:27 - The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case to reconsider the case of Chevron vs. National Research Resources which could change the power of federal regulatory agencies. </p> <p>16:33 - The proposed FTC rule which would ban most non-compete clauses.
