They spoke about the work Kimberly is doing in the mental health community and her work with different organizations to better the overall well-being of all in the workplace.</p> <p>Kimberly Stark pulls from both her life experience and the work of experts in various areas of wellbeing.  Ms. Stark has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Biola University with a minor in religious studies.  </p> <p>Years ago Kimberly found herself on the floor, her familiar world broken wide open and apart. She was without income, responsible for four (amazing) kids, with no idea how to begin to build from there. Through sometimes painful twists and turns, she rediscovered her resilience, uncovered her grit, and learned from and developed relationships with life skills and wellness leaders. It was through and because of this journey and education that she founded The Flourish Consultancy, with a mission to support people like herself - your employees, your teachers, your students, YOU - in navigating life’s uncertainties through proven process and practice.</p> <p>Kimberly sees that so many are Unprepared for Adulthood. We’ve received no formal training in navigating the challenges we’re guaranteed to face. How do I rebuild after a crisis? How do I remain equanimous through future uncertainty?
