Kevin Korgba - The I in Leadership: The African perspective

<p>Kevin Korgba is a Nigerian living in the UK who joins us today to discuss the I in Leadership from an African Perspective. As an advocate for real snd sustainable development in Africa, he believes that Africa’s future hinges on holistic education and transformational leadership. He also plans to embark on his Ph.D., focusing on a thesis of servant leadership in the context of community and societal development in Africa. He is an author, as well as a John Maxwell certified leadership speaker, trainer, and coach who has won many awards.</p> <p>Today, Kevin shares his mission. He talks about the situation in Africa and explains why its problems require the twofold solution of mindset and infrastructure.
