Such is the case of Kevin Doyle, owner of The Celtic Ray Public House in Punta Gorda, Florida. The local landmark pub is Kevin's lifework now 24-years old on. However, the story doesn't begin and end with pints, authentic food, live entertainment and friendship down at the pub.<br /> <br /> This is volume 2 of our series of conversations where Kevin and I discuss the 1970's and his story as a young adult.
