<p>Welcome to episode 107 of the<a href="https://lowtideboyz.com/"> Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast!</a></p><p>One the show this week we have a Bay Area legend and a man that is very well known to an entire generation of endurance athletes. <a href="https://www.sfsportsmassage.com/about-kevin-burns">Kevin Burns</a> runs <a href="https://www.sfsportsmassage.com/">San Francisco Sports Massage and Performance</a> and has gotten countless athletes (and even NFL teams) ready to compete. We have both been on Kevin’s massage table and he’s the first person we call when niggles show up. We asked him to come on to chat about the importance of having a mobility practice to keep Swimrunners primed for peak performance.
